About us

PCRclaims.co.uk represents a large network of top UK legal professionals and scientists, partnered with others around the world. Our mission is to seek damages for the negligent use of Polymerase Chain reaction (PCR) testing as a justification for the quarantine of healthy citizens, the restriction of trade, commerce and free movement under the Public Health (control of diseases) Act 1984. We consider such legislation contrary to legal principle and unconstitutional.

In addition we may seek damages from those who have coerced others to undergo such a test as a condition of employment, or any other reason which infringes inalienable rights under common, and human rights laws.

We’ll be launching soon and we encourage you to tell your story and provide evidence of the harms you’ve endured under this government's restrictions.
